Step 1:  Set up a line.  Fill out our registration form via the "Set up a line" tab

Step 2:  You will be assigned a custom, local emergency line phone number that may be left on your office voicemail or given out to patients as need for urgent matters.  Sit back and relax!  Our licensed, certified dental professionals will triage and handle the urgent after hours needs from your patients 24/7 while your office is closed.  If prescriptions or referrals are needed, we handle all the leg work for that as well according to the treating doctor's orders.  We also offer management services that guide your own patients to virtual consults with your treating Dentists as an additional source of revenue for your practice.  Any patients that still request to speak directly with their treating doctor will pay an upfront after hours teledentistry fee of $50 that is collected securely and sent directly to your office for processing.  We then connect the patient to the treating doctor via audio conference or video call to assist the patient as needed.   All of the doctor's personal contact information remains confidential.  Patients will also be provided with claim form information if they chose to seek insurance reimbursement for the teledentistry services provided.  

Step 3:  Correspondence regarding details of the patient calls are emailed to the office immediately.  All patients are instructed to contact your office as soon as regular business hours renew for an in-person limited exam follow up visit as needed and official diagnoses / treatment.
